6. Service Level and Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, BroadcastFrighten does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions due to maintenance or upgrades
  • Issues beyond our control, including internet outages or force majeure events
  • Degradation in quality due to your equipment or internet connection

7. Intellectual Property

All broadcasting technology, software, and systems developed by BroadcastFrighten remain our exclusive property. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer our broadcasting systems
  • Resell or sublicense our services without written permission
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices from our platform

8. Liability and Indemnification

BroadcastFrighten's liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding any claim. We are not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from content you broadcast
  • Third-party claims related to your broadcasts

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that could harm our platform or other users.
